From Sourcing to Delivery
Vehicle Sourcing
Access over 500,000 vehicles through Japan's leading auction houses and trusted dealer networks, including USS, TAA, JU, CAA, HAA and ARAI, with expert sourcing tailored to your preferred model, year, specification and budget.
Inspection & Verification
Selected vehicles are reviewed through authorised inspection agencies and qualified auction inspectors, including QISJ, EAA, JEVIC, JAAI and AIS, with checks covering auction grades, mileage, accident history, structural condition, interior quality and mechanical performance.
Shipping Coordination
We coordinate secure international shipping through established vehicle carriers and shipping vessels operated by MOL, NYK Line, K-Line, Höegh Autoliners and Wallenius Wilhelmsen, while managing vessel booking, export processing, marine insurance, Bill of Lading and real-time shipment tracking.
Customs Clearance
Our clearance team prepares and processes all required import documentation, including the Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Export Certificate, QISJ Inspection Certificate, Import Declaration Form (IDF), Customs Entry, KRA Duty Assessment, Port Release Documents and NTSA registration support.
Final Delivery Support

Yes. Trent Motors accepts deposits from as low as 30% to begin the vehicle import process.
Once your deposit has been received, our team can:
Search suitable vehicles from Japanese auctions and dealer stock.
Reserve available units where applicable.
Advise on the best vehicle within your budget.
Explain auction grades and inspection reports.
Begin documentation and shipment planning.
The remaining balance should be settled before shipment milestones and preferably at least 14 days before the vehicle's Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to ensure smooth clearance and delivery.
Note: Vehicle import rules and exemption requirements can change. Trent Motors will guide customers based on current KRA, KEBS, and clearance requirements at the time of import.
